Novox gives no access to withdrawal and changed backend data to wipe out accounts

After making a profit on December 21st, the withdrawal was 2280 US dollars, but the funds couldn't arrive. I asked the customer service. The customer service said that it would take 3 working days, so I waited until 12.24 and asked the customer service again. The customer service said that withdrawal was under review, but it was 12.25 I found out that the account has been liquidated in the morning. During this time, I have not made an order. Novox changed the order record privately. This is a pure fraud.
