Fraud platform, Novox, gives no access to withdrawal!

I applied for withdrawal last Tuesday. The customer manager said it can be processed within three working days. But since then, I can’t contact him. And the customer service just told me to wait and delay my withdrawals with varied reasons! People who have the same experience can call the police!!!
