Don’t approve the withdrawals. Modify trading password without customer’s permission. Mt4 account was wiped out. Freeze customer’s backstage supporter. The white label, ILLUZION, of Novox doesn’t approve customers’ withdrawals, either. Now, the MT4 server is suspended this week.
