The agent of TRI cheated me into depositing $8,000 and then closed my account

The agent said I have to deposit $15,000 to withdraw my funds. I refused and then the platform closed my account. I can’t log in, making a loss of ￥56,800.
A guy added my WeChat in early September and he said his name is Huiye Wu and have a company in Shenzhen, an agent of TRI. He told me that he helped many customers invest to earn money. It’s safe and I can withdraw at any time! I asked him whether there was any risk he said no and told me that it was regulated by NFA!

拓利的代理骗我在拓利平台上充值了8000美金，我几次提现不给我提，还说最少要在平台充值1.5万美金以上才可以交易提现，我拒绝后平台就把我的账户给消户了，也登陆不了，害我损失了56800元人民币。
大约是9月初的时候一个微信名叫范契兮的陌生微友加我微信，他说他叫吴辉夜是在深圳开公司的，是拓利外汇的平台代理，还说他们是专业的分析师，帮客分析数据赚佣金，很多客户都找他们投资，说他们的专业能力能让客户放心，还说这个周期短！盈利高。24小时都可以操作最关键是随时提现！我问他有没有风险，他说没有风险，还说资金都是由NFA负责监管的！骗我在平台上充值了8000美金，提现的时候提不出来，之后还说资金太少一直催我多凑点充进去，我说凑不到了就把我的账户给销户了
