The withdrawals haven’t arrived for three months. I hope for the justice!

I applied for withdrawals seven times separately on July 31, 2020 in 111, $22,664.33 in total. I asked the customer service and their manager, they said the withdrawals will arrive. When I asked them when to arrive, they can’t give me the accurate time!
They gave me the excuse of regulatory transfer, but other platforms that change the regulator can give access to withdrawal. Why is 111 different? It has been three months@
