The process of withdrawal is too slow

I withdrew last Friday, but I didn’t receive my withdrawal till next Tuesday. At first, they said the withdrawal can arrive within 24 hours, when time was up, the customer service said I have to wait another 24 hours. It has been over 100 hours now, the withdrawal still hasn’t arrived.
