I paid fees but still can’t withdraw

I withdrew on September 14 but failed. The bank card number was wrong and I have to pay margin of over 70,000 to modify my card number. I withdrew again and failed because insufficient credit score. 5,000 for one score so I should pay 100,000. I was still unable to withdraw after paying 100,000. This time I was asked to pay personal income tax, paying over 130,000. The customer service said I could withdraw this time but can’t. Now I don’t have money to pay for the international collection certification fee of 100,000. I paid so much money because a wrong card number. I’m just a employee and I don’t have so much money to pay. The money I paid before was lent from my friend and some platforms. I don’t have enough money to live now. I hope the department concerned can sanction this platform. I’ll call the police, too. This platform must be a fraud.
