The withdrawal can’t arrive for over fifty days

I applied for withdrawal on July 21 and my fund was deducted on July 22. I’ve waited for over fifty days but the withdrawal hasn’t been to my account yet. I asked the customer manager for many times now he doesn’t want to answer my questions. The customer service said he doesn’t have the right to solve the problem and kept shrinking. I ‘m having a nervous breakdown. I didn’t profit but now I can’t withdraw either. That’s a rip-off.
