1.The spread of crude oil is up to $1056 in GMI, making my positions wiped out (The platform replied the spread was 28 and it was normal.) Make a loss of $13798. The spread was up to between $100 and $400 one minute before the market closed every night. But I haven’t been noticed that the spread would be high since I invested here. The broker just told me the spread fluctuated, the highest spread will be above 80. I knew it because my position was closed because of high spread ( I asked the broker, he said he didn’t know either). The market went up to $1056 after close which was unreasonable. The closing price of XAU/USD was 1941.6 on September 2, the price of forced liquidation was 1943.44. The closing price of crude oil was 41.473, the price of forced liquidation was 42.169. 2.The position of crude oil can’t be closed at 22:27, July 30 in GIM. I had a short position but can’t close at that time. The customer service said the problem was reflected. The platform became normal at 22:38. But the market cocked up and I lost.
