The withdrawal hasn’t been to my account

I was recommended to invest in CTOP Limited by leading order teachers ( Shan Hong, Yue Ze, Ouyanng, Wuyuan, Wen, Mingyue, professor Zhang and so on) on November 12, 2019. The live streaming suspended on September 3, 2020 and I can’t contact the assistant. All my messages were ignored. I withdrew on September 4, 2020 but it doesn’t arrive yet.
