I applied for withdrawal of $5,000 in the middle of August. The fund was deducted from my trading account half a month ago but it hasn’t been to my bank account yet. I contacted the customer service via WeChat, they kept shrinking with varied reasons and didn’t transfer the money. The customer service number left by the website is disabled.
