This platform was announced to withdraw from the Chinese market on the 15th. So I wanted to withdraw my money when my orders were stopped. My request was refused on the 17th. So I resubmitted my request. But I couldn’t withdraw my fund! Customer service can't be contacted and the website is disabled now.
