I withdrew on August 4 but the withdrawal hasn’t been to my account yet. No one told me that the regulatory was going to transfer. The customer service just replied that the account manager would help me to withdraw. Customer service has been giving me the same answer for 16 days. The velocity of withdrawal in USGFX which is a big company and under double supervisions is slow.

8/4出金申請成功到現在還不出金客戶端沒收到任何監管轉換前的通知客服Lag說：有請帳戶經理加快出金講了16天了…… 有雙監管的大公司USGFX處理出金速度很慢
