The broker promised to rebate via Internal Transfer. After the client joined in, the rebate was canceled because of insufficient lot. The client filed a complaint to the Customer Service, only to be answered that it is fair and reasonable for the broker to do so because it had performed the duty of disclosure in advance. It claimed to be reasonable but turned out to be an obvious scam!
