HYCM ceased the trading on crude oil

As the price on crude oil plummeted, I traded in HYCM , On April 14th, I received the email from the London headquarter which claimed that position-opening would be banned due to the price fluctuation. Thus, I had no idea but to close the position, suffering a loss of $9300. I was furious about it. What’s more, they didn’t realize the problem and even refuse the compensation.

兴业投资单方面停止原油交易

今年原油价格大跌，我在兴业投资（HYCM）交易原油期货。2020年4月14日，兴业投资伦敦总部突然发来邮件，说是由于市场行情波动的原因，停止原油期货开新仓。原来持有的仓位，只能平仓。并且不知道何时恢复交易。这意味着几天之后，也就是4月20日，原油期货交割日之后，我将不能再继续交易。无奈之下我选择了平仓，共计亏损9300美元。我对兴业投资擅自单方面停止我正在交易的品种，表示极其愤慨。让我更加气愤的是，在后来和兴业投资沟通此事件的过程中，对方没有对他们的这一做法，有任何表示道歉的行为，并且拒绝对我的损失进行赔偿。
