I am suspected that the platform tampered the system
The problem of system stuck will become salient if the market trend fluctuates sharply. For example, during 18:00 to 24:00 on March 19th, the MT4 was stuck. And among the 5 channel used by the platform, namely HK DC 1、HK DC 3、SN DC3、CN DC 5and another UK channel, only CN is normal, which I have informed the platform by email. But CN was closed before the time mentioned above. I couldn’t view the quotation due to the system stuck. The customer service recommended me webpage or mobile phone side, which was the same situation. If it is feasible on the phone, what’s the meaning of using MT4? I am seriously suspected of the authenticity of this broker.
