On the morning of March 9th, after wandering at 1698, the price of XAU/USD was about 1690. But MC lowed the price maliciously to 1659, which led to losses. After doing so, it made the price back to 1693. The customer service kept paltering with me in next days.

3月9号早上国际市场黄金开盘价格在1698之后几分钟一直处于1690上方运行，而鑫圣平台于开盘将黄金价格拉低在1659导致亏损之后一秒钟又恢复到市场价1693附近运行，联系客服多次，给的回复几天下来就一句话，已查询请耐心等待就没下文了，敷衍拖延
