I was scammed of 10 thousand dollars due to 10000-pip slippage. No one replies to my phone and email.
My complaint has been held off for 15 days. My trading account in Novox is 601499. On February 25th, the price of USD/CHF was 0.9790. After failing to deal at the take-profit price for times, I chose to close the position, while the price at which time was 0.89178, a 10000-pip slippage existing. I suffered a loss of 10 thousand dollars. No one replied to me.

投诉第15天还没处理：NOVOXFX平台，交易账户601499，2月25日，1标准手美瑞的价格0.9790，止盈价到了几次都没有成交，接着我点了平仓，平仓价竟然为0.89178，滑点约10000点，造成我一万美元的损失。多次联系，电话不接，邮箱不回复。
