My account 55923 has now been unjustly disabled by this platform. I was deceived into opening an account and following trading calls, and my complaints and reports have been ignored without response. This has nothing to do with the UK license. The entire process involving KVB Prime is severely illegal. 1. Deposit. My money was transferred through the online deposit page of the self-opened account on the website, linked to a third-party payment platform, and then moved in a B2C (meaning online retail in e-commerce) manner to completely unrelated companies or individuals. The funds were illegally diverted by criminals. Only virtual amounts were displayed in my personal account. 2. Withdrawal. When withdrawing funds through the online withdrawal page of the self-opened account on the website, I discovered upon receipt that the money was transferred from personal bank accounts scattered across the country. This once again proves that the funds were illegally misappropriated by criminals. Trading spot gold could yield several times the profit, and they frequently sent fake profit screenshots, pretending to be profitable traders to deceive. 3. Concealing the truth. The scammers did not inform me that this was a virtual transaction—that this spot market was a highly risky "gambling" game run by market makers. They did not tell me that the so-called London gold trading they promoted could not be physically settled, and in reality, it was an illegal futures activity that the government strictly cracks down on. 4. Their fraudulent actions led me to mistakenly believe this was a legitimate and lawful investment. 5. Through fraudulent means, they used trading call "experts" to manipulate investors' money via backend operations of their internal trading software, making it appear as if the funds were legally acquired through a superficial process on the software. As a result, my assets were harmed.
