Unable to withdraw in PTFX

The salesman induced me to trade in PTFX with lobbying. I didn’t resist the temptation and joined in the middle July. After inquiring, I felt that PTFX was unreliable and wanted to make a withdrawal in October. Actually, the withdrawal hasn’t been received yet. The leader in PTFX comforted me at first and then removed me off the group.
