Dealing-desk platform

Experience: When I was surfing the internet, a customer service induced me to open an account by boasting the high stock profit. I joined and was asked to transfer the fund into third-party private account. I followed the teacher’s recommendation. But every time when I ended up my account becoming forced liquidation. The teacher asked me to place orders frequently to charge the commission. As a result, I made a loss of 150000 RMB.I hope to tack back the fund, while the customer service treated me in a frivolous way. JINRONG rejected my compensation and even canceled my account. I don’t that is a legit platform’s choice. Each of my trading should be found on the market instead of desk-dealing with the clients.

对赌。虚假宣传，欺诈

事情的经过是这个样子：有一次我浏览网页浏览到了平台的网页，客服告诉说可以杠杆赚钱，以小博大，比股票利润高，夸大宣传。诱惑我开账户，本来我只是一个小股民，听着心动了，让我入金到第三方个人账户，然后让我跟随官网老师直播做单和建议做单.而且每次我快爆仓的时候无法入金，没有充值窗口，要么充值失败，只能眼睁睁的看着自己的账号爆仓，通过老师的喊单让我频繁做单，不停的赚取我的高额手续费，或者直接喊反向单，并主动不断的通过生日或者活动为由，优惠充值赠金，但赠金的前提需要完成高额的手数才能获得赠金，以此来诱惑我频繁操作，制造紧迫感，使我不停亏损，最终导致我亏损15万元人民币左右，我希望把我被对赌平台骗走的钱可以拿回来。但我这几天咨询客服，客服也不愿意积极的去解决问题，一副嚣张拿他无可奈何的样子，现在金荣中国不愿意赔偿我的损失，而且还偷偷的把我的交易账号给销户了。我觉得一个合法的平台不会做出如此野蛮的事情，一个合法的平台应该每一笔交易记录都是可以在市场上找到的，而不是通过客户输，平台就赚的对赌模式。
