Unable to withdraw

I have withdrawn by different accounts for 5 times, respectively in October and November. But the platform refused the request by the reason of national monitoring. In December, it claimed that the fund of one of the cooperative corporation was frozen. But why you refuse all the withdrawal requests since you have more than 1 partner. Hope you be wisely. I will called the police if haven’t received the fund in the end of this month.
