Unsolicited modification and manipulation on clients’ accounts by ALPHA TRADEX

I deposited fund and traded Bor in ALPHA TRADEX .After gaining a little, my account became forced liquidation.Then I deposited large amounts of fund and profited finally with my own operation.After I went short all orders at the weekends, ALPHA TRADEX blocked my account and made unsolicited manipulation on my profits, pending my profit order again. My hunch was that it would cause forced liquidation on Monday morning. Because of the delayed price, my account became liquidated.When I contacted the customer service, they responded extremely slowly and ignored my all evidence, claiming that their platform was legit.After that, they have never replied.

在特瑞平台入金操作，主要是交易产品Bor，在有老师指导下，小赚后亏损严重以致爆仓，后来重新入金操作，前期亏损，后期在自己操作下终于盈利。上个月一个周五晚上单子盈利全部出场，空仓过周末，却发现在周六晚上，平台突然停用我账户，后台私自修改我的账户盈利资金，并且把我已经盈利出场的订单重新挂上。我当时就有预感他们是要我周一开市爆仓。当时给平台客服发邮件没有任何回复，网页客服发消息也没任何反应（特瑞平台的客服一直都是回复很慢）。终于周一开市，Bor产品报价晚了46分钟，报价第一秒我就爆仓。之后和平台客服邮件交流，平台客服回复极慢，并且无视我所有的证据，只管说自己是正规的平台，再往后直接不回复我邮件。
