By unsolicited manipulation on contract and market price, TRI made clients suffer losses!!

The first pic was the time that TRI changed the contract time into 16:00, November 28th.The second pic was TRI changed the time into 9:00, November 28th.The third pic showed that the final price on the previous contract was 64.14.The fourth pis showed that the price of CFD(oil) at 5:00 AM was 64.08.The fifth pic showed the time of the contract had changed into 13:00 and the price was 63.87.Actually, it was the opening price on 9:00 since the time difference is 8 hours.The true contract CFD 02 was shown on the seventh pic, in which the opening price was 62.84.It was also the dominant contract in the month(pic 8) and its price was the same as the CFD 02. TRI platform’s using the original price led to clients’ great losses.We required TRI to compensate the losses caused by the price difference.
