Abnormal deposit in AUSFOREX

I deposited $3100 on October 24th ,which hasn’t been processed into the account yet for 9 workdays.I inquired the remittance bank and was told the fund had been processed into appointed account,without receiving the notification of abnormal account.After inquiring the AUSFOREX’s customer service,I got the same reply,told to wait.Is my fund disappeared?!

澳匯入金異常

從10/24電匯入金3100美金至今，已經過了九個工作，然而目前未入帳，我在今天有打電話去匯款銀行詢問，後來匯款銀行去問轉帳銀行，得知本款項早已經順利匯入指定帳戶，並無異常通知澳匯客服都是相同的回答，沒收到款項，需要我繼續等待，於是我這筆錢是消失了？！
