Unsolicited manipulation by the platform.
I am Han jiajia,from Henan.I have traded in 111 for about 3 months,figuring out that someone had manipulated my account.On the night of October 1st,around 20:35I bought the gold at 1510.63 and set the stop-loss price at 1508.58,while it didn’t stop loss even at 1504.34.I was to stop the loss myself,while the network was interrupted.The client manger had a try and got the same problem.So why should I afford for their mistake?I asked for the compensation.He declined the compensation,saying that the that was a normal phenomenon.Why you are so mean?I doubted that whether they had an unsolicited manipulation.

该平台故意干扰平仓导致亏损
我是韩伟伟来自河南我在普罗汇平台操作三个月左右,发现其平台有故意操纵控盘的嫌疑,10月1日晚上20.35分左右我发现我买进的黄金多单1510.63的多单止损在1508.58当行情下跌至1504.34的时候依然没有触发我设置的止损点位我当时就想通过手动的方式进行平仓可是当时一直显示网络中断连接不上网络无法平仓刷新不出来我有尝试过关机重启和更换wifi网络可是依然连不上网络当时有联系过我的微信客服经理他当时有尝试过登录软件依然也是和我一样的情况刷新不出来也是网络连接不上,这种情况下是他们的责任,和我们投资者有什么关系呢,干嘛要让我们投资者为此买单?我向他申请赔偿我的损失,他说接到技术部回应这是属于正常情况,不给予赔偿,我就想这是属于他们平台问题为何让我们投资者为此买单?还有一个这么大的平台既然会让一个技术部们的这么嚣张,当时经过回应我就更加严重怀疑这是他们公司故意干扰用户平仓所设置的圈套了。
