At 20:30,November 1st,2019,there was a net problem with my account,thus the platform didn’t stop losses at the price I set.I tried to close it myself,it didn’t work.After the network became smooth,it was too late.My account has become forced liquidation.The client manger confirmed the problem and was to apply compensation form me.On Monday,I contacted him,he declined the compensation,saying that the that was a normal phenomenon.Why should I afford your mistake?It is a rip-off.I doubted that whether it is legit seriously.
