一開始無法提款，現在賬戶也打打不開了

START FROM CAN NOT WITHDRAW AND NOW ACCOUNT CAN NOT BE OPEN

I could not have my withdrawal since the end of Friday 30th December 2022, I have tried a few ways as what has been suggested by the customer services of FBS but I still did not get my money and it came back to the account. The last time I tried to withdraw is in 10th February 2023 but still failed. On 2 March 2023, I want to try to withdraw again but we could not log in to their website and it showed that 'user not found'. Please help, I have $50,000 in my FBS account. Here is the proof of my latest balance in my FBS account from Meta Trader 4. Fortunately, I can still open the MetaTrader and have this evidence. Until now there is no confirmation or response from the customer services of FBS. I have tried to send emails and chat on their websites before my account can not be opened. Today Monday 6th Mar 2023 I tried to log in again but still can not open it and I also already tried to recover the password through our email that registered in FBS but there is an error/bug in the 'repeat new password' so I still could not recover our FBS account now.
