No instant withdraws of your profits

You cannot withdraw your profits instantly. only your deposit first then you need to refund it back to the broker in order to withdraw your profits but with the equal amount of the deposit. I want R5000 of my profits but I need to refund the the account with the same amount in order for me to get the amount I requested. Know where does it state that on there advertising.
