cannot close the order

Does everyone see it[3f] I was trading exness , my sell order was placed in tp .. But the price exceeded a kilometer but could not close. You can't close the order manually. Thought it was the network, but checking it was not the network error by Exness. This is all evidence that has ... a reputable exchange for quick deposit ...
