Conta suspensa e lucros bloqueados

fui informado pelo gerente da conta que os lucros foram bloqueados por uma nota de voz (sem nenhum e-mail oficial ou algo assim) quando tentei entrar a conta foi suspensa e não consegui assiná-la. Enviei-lhes um e-mail para esclarecer a situação eles me pediram alguns comprovantes de renda e endereço e eu os enviei, depois que me pediram um vídeo meu contando sobre a renda e os comprovantes de endereço com a cópia impressa dos mesmos e alguns detalhes se o depósito, data do depósito e lucros. depois de responder a todas as perguntas, eles me enviaram um e-mail informando que não poderiam reabrir minha conta sem maiores esclarecimentos.

have been informed by the account manager that
the profits had been blocked by a voice note (without any official email
or something) when I tried to sign in the account was suspended and I
wasn't able to sign it. I sent them an email to clarify the situation
they asked me for some income and address proofs and I sent them,
after they asked me for a video of myself telling them about the
income and the address proofs with the hard copy of them and some details if
the deposit, deposit date, and profits. after answering all their
question they sent an email telling me they were unable to reopen my
account without any further clarifications.
