Impossibile ritirare i miei soldi

La situazione più poco professionale e ridicola che ho avuto con un broker. Sono stato contattato da Gabriel Diaz, un business manager inUSGFX , un broker del Regno Unito regolamentato da FCA e VFSC, per testare il proprio conto e aprire un conto MAM. Mi ha indotto a depositare 1000 $, dove prima di effettuare il deposito ho chiesto informazioni sulle commissioni per depositare e prelevare la risposta è stata "Non ci sono commissioni" (seguendo lo screenshot della nostra conversazione). Bene, ho effettuato il deposito e non ho ricevuto commissioni; opero sulla loro piattaforma che utilizza plugin contro clienti e quando ne chiedo il ritiro è arrivata la sorpresa. Mi veniva addebitata una commissione di deposito di 49,34 $ PIÙ una commissione di prelievo di 9,96 $, per un totale di 59,30 $. GRANDE SCAM MAI. Non opererò mai più su questa piattaforma e non lo consiglierò mai a nessuno. Peccato per un broker così nuovo. Per la mia sorpresa sono stato anche contattato da un altro ragazzo, Mike, tramite Telegram a cui ho posto la stessa domanda, solo per essere sicuro delle commissioni. The most unprofessional and ridiculous situation I had with a broker. I was contacted by Gabriel Diaz, a business manager in USGFX, an UK broker regulated by FCA and VFSC, to test their account and open a MAM account. He induced me to deposit 1000$, where before i made de deposit i asked about the fees to deposit and withdrawal the answer was 'Theres no fee' ( following the screenshot from our conversation ). Well, i made the deposit and was no fee; i operate on their platform who use plugins agains costumers and when i request the withdrawal came the surprise. I was being charge a deposit fee of 49.34$ PLUS a withdrawal fee of 9.96$, total of 59.30$. BIG SCAM EVER. Will never operate on this platform again and never recommend to anyone. Shame for such a new broker. For my surprised i was also contact from another guy, Mike, via Telegram which i asked the same question, just to make sure about the fees.
