Le retrait a été retardé

Bonjour à tous, j'ai entamé mon retrait il y a une semaine à compter du 13 mai 2020. Il a été dit très clairement que cela prendra entre 3 à 5 jours ouvrables. Cependant, à partir du 20 mai 2020, j'ai reçu cette notification de VEONCO . Je pense que c'est très peu professionnel. Pour aller de l'avant, j'espère qu'ils tiendront compte de leurs paroles.

Hi all,I initiated my withdrawal one week ago as of 13th May 2020. It was stated very clearly that it will take between 3-5 working days. However, as of 20th My 2020, I received this notification from Veonco. I think this is very unprofessional. Moving forward, I do hope that they hold true to their words.RegardsUser
