Hello, I was trading on the Exness platform in my Trading Account with ID number 139143129. My XAUUSD Transactions were in loss. And on 20.04.2024, around 02:10, I realized that the price on the Platform was frozen and did not move, and I could not intervene in the account. I could not open a Buy transaction in response to my XAUUSD sell transactions, which were at a loss, and make my account safe. And this Due to system dullness, I lost all my capital and my transactions resulted in losses. Exness Platform added only 689.80 USD balance as loss adjustment. I sent e-mails to the Company stating that there was a problem and that I was a victim. Exness platform accepts that there is a problem in the system. But my loss was not adjusted in any way. The margin did not allow me to hedge before the call fell. As a return, I was told that the margin call could not be hedged, and I received an answer even though I had done it many times before.My equity capital of 10 thousand dollars has gone bankrupt due to this ridiculous business. My request is for them to pay me my 10 thousand dollars.
