The platform stipulated a 30% force liquidation level. But they executed all my positions when my margin was at 50% level. I contacted their client manager, who told me the system might liquidate one or more of my position to release more margin when my margin becomes less than 60%. This is their rule. But they liquidated ALL MY POSITIONS! (altogether 7 positions, 8 lots). And they were closed at the highest point. When I told them what I thought, they said I was being bookish and refused to help me. I just want to say, although you can set the rules, you have no right to judge my way of talking. God damn it.
