無法出金Unable to withdraw

請問一下我有申請出金，網站維護後我一直沒再登錄帳戶，後來有朋友教我重新登錄，登錄後再操作行情，操作完不久，line客服就聯繫我說我這樣涉嫌洗黑錢，必須繳納30%保證金來證明不是洗黑錢，30%對我來說已經粉多我沒辦法了，期限內不繳納就要凍結帳戶跟刪除，請問VOREX卷商可以隨意刪除客戶的帳戶嗎？裡面的錢是客戶辛苦的血汗錢啊，請問我要如何做才能完全提領我外匯帳戶裡面的錢呢？ Excuse me, I have applied for a withdrawal.
