SCAM BROKER

At first, when you open your account, have all your documents verify and you ask via live chat if you have an account manager they will tell you no, that you trade in your own and they also give you an email, which they will never reply, in case you have any question. After you trade in your own, make money and make a withdrawal request YOUR "ACCOUNT MANAGER" WILL APEAR FROM NOWHERE SAYNG THAT THEY NEED TO CONTACT YOU VIA PHONE AND THAT YOU NEED TO SEND ONE MORE ID AND PROOF OF ADDRESS EVEN WHEN YOU ARE FULLY VERIFY. Well, I received a call from Santiago Yacovazzo initially to answer the security questions to verify my identity; my surprised was, because of my performance, he was little bit over on the call, put me on hold MANY TIMES, didn't even asked me any of the "security questions" and hang up the phone when I told him to go thru the questions. For my surprise, in the call he told me to do not worry because they are a regulated broker and they will pay my profits, well they don't until now. I sent him an email right after he hang up the call asking to proceed with my withdrawal as soon there was no questions asked during a 9m call. He refuse to proceed and asked me another ID ( passport) and proof of residence, which i sent.
