Bitte helfen Sie mir, mein Geld abzuheben

Ich habe am 29. Mai eine Auszahlung bearbeitet, mein Konto wurde am nächsten Tag gesperrt. Laut Kundenservice vermuten sie, dass mein Konto und ich negatives Feedback zu V5 verbreiten. Mit der Bitte, am 7. Juni mein Konto aktiviert zu haben, wurde der Auszahlungsbetrag nicht auf meinem Konto gutgeschrieben. Der Kundenservice teilte mir mit, dass der Betrag innerhalb von 3 bis 7 Werktagen wieder auf meinem Konto angezeigt wird. Aber bis jetzt wurde mein Geld nicht zurückgezahlt.

Please help me withdram my money

I processed a withdrawal on May 29th, my account got disabled the next day. As per customer service they suspect my account and me are spreading negative feedback about V5.. with plead they enabled my account last June 7th but without the withdrawal amout back in my account. Customer service said it will reflect back in my account with in 3 to 7 working days. But until now my money didn't reflect back.
