Verdächtig sehr hohe Provision

Ich gebe den Betrag von 46.000 ein, was etwa 311 $ zum KAUF in AUDJPY entspricht. In nur einer Sekunde schloss es sich automatisch und erhielt einen negativen Wert von -2738,88. Bei der Überprüfung ist die Provision mit etwa -3047 $ viel zu hoch. Die v5-App antwortet lediglich automatisch und sagt, dass die Provision von TradingWeb Exchange festgelegt wird und sie nicht eingreifen können. Sie sagen auch immer wieder, dass die Provisionen jede Woche aktualisiert werden. Ich habe gefragt, wo ich aufgrund des App-Fehlers oder -Bugs diesbezüglich Ansprüche geltend machen kann, habe aber keine Antwort erhalten.

I input the amount of 46000 which is about $311 to BUY in AUDJPY. in just a mere second, it auto closed and got a negative value of -2738.88. Upon checking, the commission is way too high for about $-3047. The v5 app is just auto responding saying that the commission is set by TradingWeb Exchange and they can't intervene. They are also repeatedly saying that commission are updated every week. I was asking where can I get claims for this due to the app error or bug but no reply.
