Ich habe am Montag, dem 17. April 2023, eine Einzahlung von 6000 USD getätigt. Ich habe mit uns 30 gehandelt und einen Gewinn von 8000 USD erzielt. Ich habe sofort 2000 $ abgehoben und OctaFX würde meine Auszahlungsanfrage nicht bearbeiten. Am Dienstag habe ich die Auszahlung storniert und zwei Auszahlungen in Höhe von 159 $ und 10000 $ vorgenommen, aber bis jetzt OctaFX möchte meine Auszahlung nicht bearbeiten. hier füge ich die beweise bei. Jedes Mal, wenn ich mit der CS chatte, sagen sie mir, ich soll warten.

my withdraw pending for 4 days

i made a deposit of $6000 on monday 17th april 2023. I traded us30 and got profit of $8000. I immediately made a withdrawal of $2000 and octafx would not process my withdrawal request. On tuesday I canceled the withdrawal and made two withdrawals amounting to $159 and $10000, but until now octafx does not want to process my withdrawal. Here I attach the evidence. Every time I chat to the cs they just tell me to wait.
