Keine Möglichkeit, Gewinn und Kapital abzuheben

seit dem 19. März 2022 habe ich eine Auszahlung von meinem Konto vorgenommen, ich habe nicht gesehen, dass mein Gewinn in meiner Brieftasche eingegangen ist, bis weniger Auszahlungen. Ich sehe Gewinne in meinem MT4, aber die Auszahlung von meinem MT4 spiegelt sich nicht in meiner Brieftasche wider, und wenn ich versuche, aus der IPC-Wallet abzuheben, spiegelt sie sich nicht in meiner Blockchain-Wallet wider. Aber ich sehe IPC-Handel mit meinem Kapital täglich auf dem MT4-Konto. pls Ich brauche mein Kapital und meine Gewinne auf mein persönliches USD-Konto.

No means of withdrawal of both profit and capital

since 19th of March 2022 I made withdrawal from my account , I have not been seeing my profit enter into my wallet to less of withdrawal. I see profits made in my MT4 but the withdrawal from my MT4 does not reflect in my wallet and when trying to withdraw from the ipc wallet it does not reflect in my blockchain wallet.
But I see IPC trade with my capital daily in the MT4 account.
pls I need my capital and profits transfer to my personal usdt account.
