Kann seit dem 2. November nicht zurücktreten.

Ich habe noch 386 Dollar auf meinem Konto. Als ich versuchte, abzuheben, wurde mir gesagt, ich solle mehr einzahlen und mein Gesamtgeld auf 1000 Dollar erhöhen, um das Geld erfolgreich abzuheben. Ich habe 614 weitere eingezahlt und gleich nachdem ich eine Auszahlung beantragt habe. Es sind 13 Tage vergangen und sie antworten nicht. Ich habe mehrere E-Mails gesehen und Tonnen von Nachrichten in ihrem Kundenservice hinterlassen, aber immer noch keine Antwort. Kann mir bitte jemand helfen?

I have 386 dollars left on my account. WhenI tried to withdraw I was told to deposit more and make my total money to 1000 dollars to successfully withdraw the money. I deposited 614 more and right after I requested for a withdrawal. it has been 13 days and they are not replying. I have seent severals emails and left tons of messages on their customer service but still no reply. Can someone help me please?
