Ich habe 5000 Pesos bezahlt und an meinem ersten Tag 4500 verloren. Total ein 100 % Betrug!

Ich tat, was ich für Due Diligence hielt, bevor ich ein Konto eröffnete - ohne Erfolg. Nachdem ich das Geld bezahlt habe, habe ich meine Dokumente wie gewünscht abgeschickt und "Compliance" sagt mir immer wieder, dass mein Konto nicht verifiziert werden kann und sie mehr Informationen von mir haben wollen, von denen sie wissen, dass ich sie nicht habe!! Ich habe 5000PHP bezahlt und am ersten Tag 4500 verloren! Ich kann mein Konto nicht "schließen" oder mein Geld davon abheben, bis das Konto verifiziert ist (daher mehr Verluste) und sie werden es nicht verifizieren !!! Ich habe sie wiederholt gebeten zu bestätigen, von wem sie reguliert werden und unter welcher Gerichtsbarkeit und sie weigern sich zu antworten. Sie antworten nicht auf meine E-Mails, "Live-Chats" oder Telefonanrufe, also stecken wir in einer endlosen Schleife fest!!!

I did what I thought was due diligence prior to
opening an account - to no avail.

After I paid the money - I sent off my
documents as requested and "compliance" keep telling me that my account
cannot be verified and they want more information from me, which they know I
don't have!!.

I paid 5000PHP and lost 4500 in the first day!
I cannot "close" my account or withdraw my money from it until the
account is verified (therefore more losses) and they won't verify it !!!

I have repeatedly asked for them to confirm who
they are regulated by and under which Jurisdiction and they refuse to answer.
They won't respond to my emails, "live chats" or phone calls so we
are stuck in a never ending loop!!!
