Ich komme aus den Philippinen und warte jetzt fast einen Monat auf mein Geld. Ich habe den Kundenservice im Chat gefragt und sie haben mir gesagt, dass ich mir keine Sorgen machen muss, weil ich nur Geduld haben muss, andere sagten mir, dass ich mit meinem Vorgesetzten sprechen muss, der dies autorisieren kann, aber unglaublich er war immer nicht verfügbar. Als ich endlich mit ihm sprechen konnte, sagte er mir, dass sie jetzt, da sie von CYSEC untersucht werden, die Rücknahmeaufträge manuell bearbeiten müssen und aus diesem Grund die Bearbeitung viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Ich denke, dass er eine ernstere Lüge finden könnte, denn ich glaube nicht, dass es jemanden auf dieser Erde geben könnte, der das glauben kann. Jetzt werde ich an alle Verantwortlichen von ThinkMarkets schreiben, die ich in deren Web finden kann, und wenn ich immer noch solche Antworten erhalte, werde ich an die CYSEC schreiben.

I am a victim of there scheme!

I'm from philippines and now it's nearly one month that I'm
waiting for my money. I asked those of customer service in the chat and they
told me that I don't have to worry because I just have to be patient, others
told me that I must speak with my manager who can authorize it but incredibly
he always was unavailable. When finally I could speak to him he told me that
manually and for this reason it take a lot of time to process it. I think that
he could find a lie more serious than this because I don't think there could be
someone in this earth who can believe this.

Now, I will write to all responsibles of ThinkMarkets that I
can find in their web and if I still receive this kind of answers I will write
to the CYSEC.
