Mein Eigenkapital lag bei 101 USD, dann fror es für etwa 15 Minuten ein und sprang dann auf 77 USD. Ich konnte weder Gewinn mitnehmen noch Verluste stoppen. Es passierte zweimal an einem Tag. Meine Verbindung zu allen anderen Konten war in Ordnung, aber das Konto für synthetische Indizes fror ein und ging ein zu verlieren

Freeze accounts
My equity was on $101 then it froze for like 15 mins then jumped to $77 I couldn’t take profit or stop loss, it happened twice in one day, my connect on all other accounts was fine but the synthetic indices account froze and went in to loss
