Due to frequent disconnections and an extremely unstable trading system, I stopped trading with no profit and a slight loss. When I requested withdrawal of my remaining principal, the platform imposed arbitrary hurdles: first a video of me holding my ID and reading a statement, which I submitted, then highly invasive demands for proof of income, bank statements, and a second ID-holding photo. For a loss-making investor merely seeking to recover principal, these excessive financial-privacy demands are unreasonable and appear to be a pretextual AML tactic to delay or block withdrawals.
