My HFM account was closed without notice. The company stated that I was trading on BTCEUR with "erratic prices." However, as a user of their platform, it is HFM's responsibility to provide accurate pricing. I cannot be held accountable for trading on prices that their platform approved as valid. While I acknowledge that their company policy allows for the deduction of profits resulting from "fraud" or "wrong prices," the onus is on HFM to ensure the integrity of the data provided on their electronic platform. Since their system approved my trades, the prices should be considered correct.
