It's so frustrating! I absolutely do not recommend trading on this platform. I traded a cross-currency pair on JustMarkets, and when I closed the position, I discovered the exchange rate had been adjusted significantly lower, turning a profitable trade into a loss. The customer service explained that "the exchange rate of cross-currency pairs is adjusted by the platform based on market conditions." I cannot accept this. This is clearly a scam to steal users' money. It's so unscrupulous.
