It fails at critical moments. Extreme market declines are acceptable, but stop-loss execution is occasionally delayed. There was a black swan event. I clearly set a stop-loss, but the market went out of control for several points before it was triggered. I lost a lot more than expected. The customer service said it was because the market was too fast, but this risk control system is too ineffective.
