我18號提現了，狀態正在處理中，但是到現在還沒有提現的確定性。透過電子郵件投訴後，他們表示提款成功。但我還沒有在銀行收到資金，提款狀態仍在處理中。很有趣的是，公司解決這個問題的速度似乎很慢。

I made a withdrawal on the 18th and the status is processing, but until now there is no certainty about the withdrawal. After complaining via email, they said the withdrawal was successful.
